高光谱遥感技术在中药材鉴定中的应用

项目编号 SFXJTU2537 Brief introduction of the three supervisors (e.g. key academic background, work experience, research area, etc.) 三校导师简介,包括但不限于学术背景、工作经历及研究领域等 西交利物浦大学导师: 代伟伟博士 西安交通大学导师: 王戌梅教授 利物浦大学导师: Marco Sciacovelli 博士 西交利物浦大学共同导师: 吕志良教授 代伟伟博士现任西交利物大学理学院助理教授、副研究员、苏州市代谢综合征和新药研发重点实验室主任。过去数十年代博士一直从事肝脏营养和代谢研究,目前的主要研究方向为肿瘤代谢与氨基酸/氮代谢。近几年以第一作者和通讯作者在经典SCI杂志发表多篇科研文章;第一发明人发明专利2项; 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项(2025-2028)。中国细胞生物学学会、中国生物物理学会、中国生物化学与分子生物学、中国营养学会和苏州市生物学会会员。同时担任苏州市生物学会常务理事, 苏州市生物学会青年工作委员会主任委员和中国生物物理学会代谢组学分会青年委员会委员。 王戌梅博士现任西安交通大学医学部药学院教授、博士生导师,现任生药学系主任。主要研究方向为分子生药学、药用植物分子遗传与资源、中药质量评价及中药材道地性形成机制等。主持国家自然科学基金等项目 10 余项,发表学术论文 40 余篇,主编 / 参编多部教材著作,研究成果获陕西省科学技术二等奖。兼任陕西省天然药物学会常务理事等职,同时担任《药学研究》编委、国家自然科学基金委同行评议专家。 Marco Sciacovelli博士现任利物浦大学(UoL)代谢生物学高级讲师。他毕业于剑桥大学,获博士学位,随后在剑桥大学医学研究委员会(MRC)癌症研究中心从事博士后研究。其核心研究方向为健康与疾病状态下的细胞代谢,重点探索代谢重编程如何支撑癌症的发生与进展。他致力于研究肿瘤中的营养感知通路及代谢脆弱性,以发掘新型治疗靶点。他在顶级期刊发表多篇具有影响力的研究成果,推动了癌症代谢领域的发展。 吕志良博士现任西交利物浦大学教授,金鸡湖双百人才科教领军人才, 苏州市癌症与慢性病重点实验室主任。曾任英国医学研究理事会(MRC)终身首席科学家,爱丁堡大学博士研究生及博士后导师。研究涵盖G蛋白偶联受体结构与功能,细胞信号转导及mRNA甲基化与癌症相关性研究。曾多次承担MRC, Wellcome,中国国家自然科学基金(NSFC) 研究项目,并在国际著名学术期刊及国际会议上发表论文100多篇。 XJTLU supervisor: Dr. Weiwei Dai XJTU supervisor: Professor Xumei Wang UoL supervisor: Dr. Marco Sciacovelli XJTLU co-supervisor: Professor Zhiliang Lu Dr. Weiwei Dai is an Assistant Professor in School of Science, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and Director of Suzhou Municipal Key Lab in Metabolic Syndrome and Drug Design. For decades, Dr. Dai has been engaged in research on hepatic nutrition and metabolism, with her current research focus on tumor metabolism and amino acid/nitrogen metabolism. In recent years, he has published more than 20 SCI research papers, holds 2 invention patents as the first inventor, and currently funded by NSFC program (2025–2028). Dr. Dai also serves as Standing Director of the Suzhou Society of Biology, Chair of the Youth Working Committee of the Suzhou Society of Biology, and Committee Member of the Youth Committee of the Metabolomics Branch of the Biophysical Society of China. Dr. Xumei Wang is currently a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of the Department of Pharmacognosy at the School of Pharmacy, Health Science Center, Xi’an Jiaotong University. Her main research areas include molecular pharmacognosy, molecular genetics and resources of medicinal plants, quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs), and the formation mechanism of genuine medicinal property of Chinese medicinal materials. She has presided over more than 10 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). She has published over 40 academic papers and served as chief editor or contributing author for multiple textbooks and monographs. Her research achievements have been awarded the Second-Class Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award. Dr. Marco Sciacovelli is a Senior Lecturer in Metabolic Biology at the University of Liverpool (UoL). He obtained his PhD from the University of Cambridge and pursued postdoctoral research at the MRC Cancer Unit, University of Cambridge. His key research focuses on cellular metabolism in health and disease, with a particular emphasis on understanding how metabolic reprogramming supports cancer growth and progression. He investigates nutrient sensing pathways and metabolic vulnerabilities in tumors to identify novel therapeutic targets. Dr. Sciacovelli has published impactful studies in leading journals, advancing the field of cancer metabolism. Dr. Zhiliang Lu is currently a professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, a leading talent in science and education of the Jinji Lake Double Hundred Talents programme, and the Director of the Suzhou Municipal Key Lab of Cancer and Chronic Disease. He was the tenured principal investigator of the Medical Research Council (MRC) UK, and a supervisor of PhD student and Postdoc at the University of Edinburgh. His research covers the structure and function of G protein-coupled receptors, cell signal transduction, and mRNA methylation in oncogenesis. He has undertaken multiple research projects funded by the MRC, Wellcome Trust, and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and has published over 100 papers in renowned international academic journals and at international conferences. Key aspect/summary of your research project 项目简介 传统中药是中国医学体系传承与现代化的基石。目前传统的中药材鉴别方法主要依赖破坏性的化学提取或主观的感官评价,不仅效率低下,而且对环境有害。高光谱遥感技术能够以非侵入方式批量采集中药材样本的光谱数据,在无需使用有机试剂的前提下,全面捕捉其物理与化学特性。本项目将利用高光谱数据构建预测模型,用于中药材的产地溯源、物种鉴别及品质评估。通过融合光谱分析与化学计量学方法,旨在建立一套快速、无损且环境友好的中药材评价体系,弥补当前质量控制领域的不足,推动中药材检测的标准化进程。 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is fundamental to the inheritance and modernization of Chinese medical systems. Conventional TCM identification methods rely on destructive chemical extraction or subjective sensory assessment, which are low-efficiency and environmentally harmful. Hyperspectral remote sensing enables non-invasive, batch collection of spectral data from TCM samples, capturing their physical and chemical properties without using organic reagents. This project will use hyperspectral data to build prediction models for TCM origin verification, species differentiation, and quality assessment. By combining spectral analysis with chemometric methods, it aims to create a fast, non-destructive, and eco-friendly TCM evaluation framework, addressing gaps in current quality control and promoting standardized TCM testing. Other preferred qualification and skill set of the candidate (optional) 对项目候选人的其他学术背景及技能要求 参加联合培养博士项目的学生将同时在西交利物浦大学(XJTLU)和利物浦大学(UoL)注册。顺利完成该项目后,学生将被授予利物浦大学的博士学位。 在西交利物浦大学攻读博士学位期间,学生需以访问学生身份在西安交通大学(XJTU)开展研究工作。此外,学生还有机会申请为期三至六个月的利物浦大学研究访问。该职位面向所有符合资格的候选人开放,不限国籍。 Doctoral students in the joint programme are registered with both XJTLU and the UoL. Upon successful completion of the programme, the students will be awarded a PhD degree from University of Liverpool. During their doctoral studies at XJTLU, students are expected to conduct research at XJTU as visiting students. Additionally, students have the opportunity to apply for a three to six-month research visit to UoL.
