计及可移动充电基础设施的高速公路沿线电动汽车充电站与配电网协同多阶段规划

Spatiotemporal mismatch between renewable generation near highways and charging demand causes inefficiency. This project proposes integrated planning: 1) Develop demand scenarios (weekdays, weekends, holidays) for station-level time-series loads; 2) Design bounded flow allocation rules for service area transfers and limited exit detours to charging stations; 3) Coordinate mobile charging station to absorb renewable energy and provide relocatable backup at peaks; 4) Conduct cost-benefit under distribution network power flow constraints. The project aims to establish a framework alleviating peak queuing, enhancing service quality, increasing renewable integration, identifying optimal combination and investment sequence of mobile charging stations, fixed expansion, distribution network reinforcement. 高速公路电动汽车快速充电面临多重约束：需求高峰（节假日期间）、稀疏的服务区站点布局以及有限的配电网容量，易引发充电排队、交通拥堵及电压越限/设备过载等风险。高速公路沿线可再生能源发电出力与充电需求之间存在的时空错配，进一步导致资源利用效率低下。针对上述问题，本项目提出协同规划方案，具体包括：1）构建涵盖工作日、周末及节假日等典型场景的站级时序负荷需求场景；2）设计考虑服务区内部转移与有限出口绕行至充电站的有界交通流分配规则；3）协同移动充电站消纳可再生能源，并在高峰时段提供可灵活迁移的应急备用容量；4）在配电网潮流约束下开展成本效益分析。本项目旨在建立一套系统性的规划框架，以缓解高峰排队现象、提升充电服务质量、促进可再生能源消纳，并确定移动充电站配置、固定设施扩容与配电网加固改造之间的最优组合及其投资时序。 有意者请将个人简历及其他有助于申请的材料发送至Lurui.Fang@xjtlu.edu.cn. 注:不用跟帖，直接发邮件就行，主题请注明博士申请。 |
