科罗拉多大学丹佛分校 高琳越老师 每年招收1～2名全奖（学费+医疗保险+每月stipend）博士生，学生不需要申请CSC。主要是实验流体方向，有风洞实验，高速相机，红外相机，PIV和图像处理（机器视觉）等经验的优先。GPA 3.25/4.0以上，英语水平满足学校申请基本需求即可。见https://engineering.ucdenver.ed 具体信息如下（或见附件）： The Flow Image and Renewable Energy Laboratory, directed by Prof. Linyue Gao, at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver, focuses on developing and optimizing advanced flow diagnostics and instrumentations and applying our flow imaging knowledge and skills to reveal fundamental principles in thermal fluid and energy systems. We aim to achieve efficient, reliable, affordable, renewable, and low-carbon energy systems. The lab is committed to solid student mentoring, career and professional development, and recruitment of diverse and minority candidates. Ph.D. Student Openings: 1~2 highly motivated Ph.D. students interested in experimental/computational fluid mechanics and machine learning. Qualifications: Required-Solid education background (M.S.) in fluid mechanics, wind energy, mechanical/aerospace/civil engineering, or meteorology; Programming skills (MATLAB, Python, R, or Fortran); and Good communication and writing skills. Preferred-Prior experience in image processing, data-intensive processing, and data-driven modeling; Prior experience working with high-speed imaging, particle image velocimetry (PIV), or other flow diagnostic tools; or Prior experience working with OpenFOAM or in-house CFD codes. Postdoctoral Associate Openings: 1 postdoctoral associate in experimental fluid dynamics. Qualifications: Required-Received a Ph.D. in aerospace, mechanical, or civil engineering with a specialization in fluid mechanics within two years; Prior experience in low-speed wind tunnel testing; Prior research experience in aerodynamics and flow-structure interaction; and Good scientific writing skills evidenced by publications. Preferred-Prior experience working with high-speed imaging, particle image velocimetry (PIV), or other flow diagnostic tools; and Prior experience working with OpenFOAM or in-house CFD codes.
