该打架还得打, ACS Nano Appeal 已有5人参与

Nature, Nano Letters 等杂志 editors 权力大得很。稿子拒了就是拒了，没话好说的。 ACS Nano 也有些牛了。前些日子搞了篇文章，有一个审稿人些意见时说着说着来气了。结果editor也拒了，尽管另一个审稿人让Publish as is. Journal: ACS Nano (ID nn-2009-00xxxx) Dear EFGH, Enclosed are the reviews for your manuscript. Unfortunately, the reviewers have found significant problems that render the manuscript unacceptable for publication in ACS Nano. My recommendation is that you consider these comments in full and consider the possibility of publishing in another journal. Comments: (Short and supportive) 心里有些不忿，就写了一篇Appeal. 痛批第一个审稿人不好好看。 Editor 倒是挺负责，马上回信说要看看。一个月过去了，再写信去催，说同情我的看法，但这种Appeal 好像是头一回，要请示大老板。这一来又是一个月。还是要请示。最后火大了，干脆resubmit, 在是否以前送到其他Journal的地方填ACS Nano. 一个月后回来四个。 Reviewer: 1 Recommendation: Publish in ACS Nano after minor revisions noted. Reviewer: 2 Recommendation: Reject; it appears that publication in any form would be premature at this time. Reviewer: 3 Recommendation: Publish in ACS Nano after minor revisions noted.
