Adhering to a result-oriented and open-innovation working attitude, through scientific calculations/simulations, design verification, sampling, effective reporting, independently responsible for advanced research and new product structure solutions, to support the company's continuous organic growth strategy. 电机和风机产品的研发工程师岗位。秉承结果导向、开放创新的工作态度，通过科学计算、仿真、设计验证、样机制作、有效汇报分享，独立负责前沿技术研究、新品结构方案的产品及时落地销售，以支持公司的持续有机增长战略。 Key Responsibilities By participating in the analysis of customer demands, converting customer demands into new product specifications, independently providing innovative structural solutions, sampling, and product verification.. 通过参与客户需求分析，将客户需求转换成新品规范，独立提供创新性结构方案、样品开发以及产品验证。 By applying innovative thinking and analytical tools, taking lead of allocating research and NPD programs, to promptly implement and apply to products. 通过践行创新思维以及分析工具，牵头前沿技术研究或技术瓶颈攻关，及时落地并应用到产品中。 Take lead in product component standardization and platform construction, and compiling component or material specifications 牵头产品、部件标准化、平台化规划，负责部件或材料规范的编纂。 Utilize A3 or other analysis tools to lead or participate in the resolution of product quality issues within the specified time frame. 运用A3或其它分析工具，在规定时间内，牵头或参与产品质量问题解决。 According to the manager's arrangement, lead or participate in customer technical communications, support to production line manufacturing, and supply chain improvement. 根据主管安排，牵头或参与客户技术交流、产线制造和供应链改善的技术解决方案制定。 Other tasks as assigned by manager. 完成主管分配的其它工作安排。 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have proven experience… At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and related working experience. 至少5年以上独立结构设计工作经验。 Have at least 3 years of algorithm and simulation experience to complex structures. 熟练掌握并具备3年以上较复杂结构的仿真计算经验。 Good command of polymer materials, metal materials, and related processing techniques 对高分子材料、金属材料以及相关加工工艺有较系统的了解。 Master degree or above, majoring in mechanical or automation engineering. 硕士或以上学历，机械或自动化等相关专业。 Good team work and communication skills, preferably in English communication. 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，英文交流良好者优先。 Rich experience in problem-solving and tools. 较丰富的解决技术问题及工具使用经验 [ 来自版块群 江苏 ] |
