About Us The Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i–Lab) focuses on developing new hardware paradigms to address emerging challenges in information technologies. The group is led by Prof. Mohammad Nikoo at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Open Positions We are hiring two postdoctoral researchers in the following areas: 1. Integrated Photonics 2. Microwave Analog Electronics Why Join Us You will work at the frontier of electronic and photonic device innovation, with access to state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities and advanced measurement infrastructure. The lab offers a dynamic, research-driven environment. You will also have opportunities to shape new research directions and build your independent profile. Research Scope •Design and cleanroom fabrication of electronic and photonic devices and integrated circuits. •Numerical modeling and experimental investigation of device physics and system-level behavior Qualifications •PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a closely related field •Proven publication record in relevant areas •Excellent communication and scientific writing skills Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive salary starting from S$7,000/month with flexibility based on experience How to Apply Please send your CV along with your top 2 publications to: mohammad.sn@ntu.edu.sg |
