美国顶级物理期刊《应用物理快报》（APL）的编辑欺骗和歧视作者及AIP的官僚主义傲慢

我在投稿Applied Physics Letters（APL）中受到编辑欺骗和歧视，这封决定信（证据1）明确说我的文章质量都达到APL的标准（This is not a judgment on the technical quality of your paper），我的成果是磁悬浮技术的重大突破性成果，是0到1的范式转变，并不是那种渐进式的成果，我发现了新的物理耦合效应，我在编辑推荐信中写得非常详细。然而这个编辑说磁悬浮领域最近“published very little（发的很少）”，又说我的文章可能被“淹没（Lost）”在期刊页面没人看。这就是拒稿理由？我怀疑编辑在欺骗我，我就去搜了一下最近APL发的磁悬浮方面的文章，发现才几周前（2026年1月26日）就发表了一篇（见证据2），这他妈明明是在欺骗和歧视我吗？是因为我是中国人，他们西方人接受不了中国人也能做出这么重大的技术突破？我找不到其他理由，后来我写信给APL的领导层反应这个情况，结果集体性沉默，没有对此事做任何解释和道歉，这表明是他们的默许行为，也就是编辑把中国作者当傻瓜一样欺骗和歧视完全没有关系的。 决定信的内容：Applied Physics Letters strives to publish only manuscripts of the highest quality comprising the most novel and significant advances in applied physics. We have examined your paper, and conclude that as we have published very little in this subject area recently, your manuscript may be lost in the pages of this Journal. One of the journals in your reference list would bring your work to the attention of a more interested audience. This is not a judgment on the technical quality of your paper, rather it is an attempt on our part to try to place papers where they will be of the greatest use to the greatest number of people. We are sorry that we cannot respond more positively on this occasion. However, we trust that you will understand our decision.
