氧瓶燃烧离子色谱测定片剂中的氨氯地平 氧瓶燃烧离子色谱测定氨氯地平中的硫，然后根据化学式得到氨氯地平的含量。方法：用氧气瓶然后将氨氯地平中的硫氧化成硫的氧化物，用含有过氧化氢的水溶液吸收成硫酸根，离子色谱测定。结果：回收率为98%-102%之间， 线性范围为0.02 -60ug/ml，检测下限为0.00324ug/ml。结论：与其他方法相比，具有简单，快速，准确，可靠。 |

Methods: The oxygen bottle and then amlodipine oxidized sulfur in the sulfur oxides, with an aqueous solution containing hydrogen peroxide absorbing into sulfate, ion chromatography. Results: The recovery rate was 98% -102%, and the linear range of 0.02 -60ug/ml, a detection limit of 0.00324ug/ml. Conclusion: Compared with other methods, with simple, fast, accurate and reliable. |
