R is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R’ is alkyl of 1to 4 carbon atoms, andR” is hydrogen, halogen, or 1 or 2 lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, nitro, lower acylamino, lower alkylamino or amino moieties. These compounds are prepared by reacting benzaldehyde or benzaldehydes substituted by halogen, 1 or 2 lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, nitro, lower acylamino, lower alkylamino or amino moieties with acyl fatty acid esters of the formula R—CO—CH2--—COOR’ wherein R and R’ are as above defined with ammonia in the presence of an organic solvent, such as methanol or alcohol. The amino-substituted compounds are obtained by reduction of the corresponding nitro compounds |

| R表示H或1-3个碳原子的烷基，R'代表1-4个碳原子的烷基，R''代表H，卤素或1-2短链的烷基、烷氧基、硝基、酰胺基、烷氨基或氨基部分。这些化合物可通过苯甲醛或苯甲醛的卤素，1-2短链的烷基，短链烷氧基，硝基，烷氨基或氨基部分取代产物与氨水和结构为R—CO—CH2--—COOR’ 的酰基脂肪酸酯在有机溶剂比如甲醇或乙醇中反应制得；其中R和R'为上述已描述的基团。其中氨取代的化合物可通过对相应的硝基化合物还原制得。 |
