大家投的SCI文章，被要求汇款没有？怀疑被诈骗

情况说明，前一段发了一篇polymer。我记得没有收费协议什么的，也没有要求图要彩印，或者要什么纸质期刊。收到好几次邮件，让汇款。下面是最新的邮件，怀疑是诈骗，大家帮忙鉴定一下！谢谢 Dear Dr. XX, Further to our earlier mail, we have yet to receive your payment.
