我在产生了param.inc后，再运行lev00.comp产生lev00时，出现在了如上述错误提示，请问是什么原因？（注：我在其它文件夹下做的时候，没有问题，仅在做能带计算的自洽与非自洽计算的结果中出现这样的错误）
