| Apologies for the delay in replying on the paper. It took a considerable time for the Editor to find anyone willing to rferee the paper (an increasing problem for us, unfortunately) but I see that a referee's report has been received and is with the Assistant Editor for recommendation. Hopefully he will get round to it soon but as we are getting so many papers all AE's are under a great deal of pressure and of course career work must come first over voluntary work for the Journall. |
