As part of the well-established ICSI conference series, ICSI 2026 continues the tradition of the previous sixteen successful editions in promoting high-quality research exchange and collaboration. ICSI 2026 provides an excellent opportunity for authors to present their latest research results to an international audience and to engage with leading experts in the field. Accepted papers will be published by Springer-Nature in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series, ensuring wide visibility and global dissemination. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in SCI-indexed journals, including IEEE Transactions and IASEI Transactions on Swarm Intelligence. Sponsorship and Support: ICSI 2026 is honorarily sponsored by the International Association of Swarm and Evolutionary Intelligence (IASEI), Peking University, Sichuan University, and Southern University of Science and Technology. Technical co-sponsors include the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, IEEE Beijing Section, the World Federation on Soft Computing, and the International Neural Network Society. Additional partners will be announced in due course. Explore Chengdu: Chengdu, the host city of ICSI 2026, is a major center for science, technology, and innovation in western China, and is also well known for its relaxed lifestyle and rich cultural heritage. During the conference, participants may visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, explore historic areas such as Jinli Ancient Street and Kuanzhai Alley, and experience the city’s vibrant daily life. Renowned Sichuan cuisine, including hotpot, Mapo tofu, and Dan Dan noodles, as well as local specialties such as Sichuan peppercorns, Shu embroidery, and Chengdu lacquerware, will further enrich the conference experience beyond academic exchange.
