Removal of protein and pigmentation through the combination use of Enzyme and Sevage methods Pepsin was added to Dry sample( pepsin:dry sample=40mg:1g), enzyme activity was eliminated at high-temperature after enzymolysis at 50℃ for 12h under the condition of PH8.5. Sevage reagents was added to the above solution(Sevage reagents :solution=1:4 v/v) for 4 -9 times until the protein absorption peakwas not detected by UV . |
