请教各位这样的cover letter 和 response letter怎么写？

各位同仁： 稿件 复审 回来 ，审稿人说 技术内容已经没有问题，只是有很多语法错误，不知道修改完成后，怎么写cover letter 和 response letter？哪位有现成的模版，主要是表达语法错误修改了 ，文章意思没变。多谢！ |
