石河子大学-孟状课题组-招收生物学/生物与医药硕士研究生

孟状，男，博士，安徽籍，现任石河子大学生命科学学院副教授、硕士生导师，发育生物学方向负责人，遗传学教研室主任。主要研究领域为植物染色体进化生物学与基因组学。先后入选新疆维吾尔自治区“天池英才”青年博士人才支持计划、石河子大学“青年拔尖人才”计划。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）、新疆生产建设兵团重点领域科技攻关计划及面上项目等课题10项。荣获新疆生产建设兵团科技进步奖一等奖(10/15)、石河子大学2024年度突出贡献奖等7项。 已在《The Plant Journal》（2024）、《Horticulture Research》（2024、2025）、《Theoretical and Applied Genetics》（2020）、《The Crop Journal》（2023）、《Horticultural Plant Journal》（2025）、《Industrial Crops and Products》（2023）、《Genome Biology》（2021）等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文多篇。多次受邀为《Journal of Integrative Plant Biology》、《Horticulture Research》、《Plant Diversity》、《Industrial Crops and Products》等中科院一区TOP期刊审稿。 团队注重研究生科研能力培养，育人成果突出：2023级硕士生在读期间以第一作者/共同第一作者发表3篇一区TOP期刊论文，主持兵团研究生创新创业项目，获研究生国家奖学金、石河子大学研究生拔尖人才培优奖学金，并成功硕博连读；2024级硕士生入学次年获研究生国家奖学金，以第一作者/共同第一作者发表3篇一区TOP期刊论文，并成功硕博连读。 代表性科研成果（第一作者或通讯作者）： 1. Oligo-FISH barcode chromosome identification system provides novel insights into the natural chromosome aberrations propensity in the autotetraploid cultivated alfalfa.
