We are looking for motivated candidates interested in Smart Construction Project Management and Geotech to join us in Seoul. Core Research Areas: Smart Construction Project Management, Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Management. Scholarship Benefits (2026 GKS-G) ? Full Tuition: 100% waiver for the entire PhD program. ? Monthly Stipend: Living allowance provided by the NIIED. ? Korean Language Training: 1 year of free training prior to the degree (exempt if TOPIK 5/6 holder). ? Additional Support: Round-trip airfare, settlement allowance, and medical insurance. Eligibility Requirements ? Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of NIIED-designated countries (applicants and parents must not hold Korean citizenship). ? Age: Must be under 40 years of age (born after September 1, 1981). ? Education: Must hold a Master’s degree or be expected to graduate by July 31, 2026. ? GPA: Minimum Cumulative GPA of 2.64/4.0, 2.80/4.3, 2.91/4.5, or 3.23/5.0 (or top 20% of class).
