香港科技大学（QS2026排名全球第44位）计算物理及流体力学课题组招收全奖博士后及博士生（2026年9月入学）。具体招聘信息及课题组简介如下： - Two fully funded postdoctoral fellow openings on fundamental research of wall-bounded turbulence, hypersonic flows, multi-phase flows or flow stability analysis; high-order numerical methods or scientific computing. Candidates with strong backgrounds in aerospace, mechanical engineering, and applied mathematics are very much welcome. - Two fully funded Ph.D. openings on computational physics, scientific computing, aerodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Graduate students should contact Prof. Fu and apply to the department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering or the Department of Mathematics at HKUST. The salary is highly competitive. For Ph.D. student, the monthly salary is around 20000 HKD. For postdoctoral fellow, the package is according to qualification. The FU lab website: https://linfu.people.ust.hk/people.html Prof. Lin FU (傅林教授) was recognized with the Early Career Award by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong in 2022 and the National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists by NSFC in 2024 (国家优秀青年科学基金). He was elected to receive the 19th Youth Science and Technology Award of The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM) in 2025. He is the Editorial Board Member (Early Career member) of Physical Review Fluids (PRF), the Associate Editor of European Journal of Mechanics B/Fluids (EJMFLU), the Young Editor of Acta Mechanica Sinica (AMS) and the Associate Editor of Advances in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics (AAMM). He has published more than 110 papers in prestigious international journals, including PNAS, JFM, PRF, JCP, CMAME, etc. |
