[交流] 【2010-4-30】第六届国际氧化锌及相关材料研讨会

中科院长春光机与物理所将于2010年8月5日至7日在长春举办第六届国际氧化锌及相关材料研讨会。会议规模预计为150人,其中境外代表70人。
  ZnO是一种直接带隙的宽禁带半导体,有望应用于低阈值激光,同时又是透明导电薄膜、紫外探测器等的重要材料,在光电信息技术领域具有重大潜在应用价值,是目前国际的研究热点。两年一届的国际氧化锌专题学术会议旨在针对氧化锌研究领域中的问题、发展动态、未来走向等问题进行广泛而深入的交流,以此推动氧化锌及相关材料研究与发展。

■“The 6th International Workshop on Zinc Oxide and Related Materials” (6th ZnO Workshop) will be held by The Key Laboratory of Excited State Processes, Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinsese Academy of Sciences, on Aug. 5 - 7, 2010 in Changchun, China.
The 6th ZnO workshop will highlight the latest advances in all major disciplines of ZnO and related materials, and it will provide a platform for researchers and engineers working on ZnO and related materials to share their latest progress in research and development and discuss possible solutions to challenging issues. All papers presented at this Workshop, oral or poster presentations, will be considered for publication in an SCI journal.
Please send your abstracts to zno@ciomp.ac.cn. The deadline for the abstract submission is April 30, 2010. Note that the Program Committee will rank the abstracts, and only the highly ranked abstracts will be selected as oral presentations.

   photodetectors, transistors, transparent conductive oxides, sensors, etc.
* Application in biotechnology
* Theoretical calculation, ab-initio calculation, etc.
