苯羟基乙酸和间甲基苯氧乙酸的过渡金属配位聚合物的合成、结构和性质研究

摘    要

特殊的拓扑结构使配位聚合物在选择性催化、分子识别和许多光、电、磁材料及超导体材料等方面显示出诱人的应用前景。苯羟基乙酸和苯氧乙酸都具有生物活性,在诸如抗菌等方面具有广泛的应用。因此,我们开展了苯羟基乙酸和苯氧乙酸配位单元为节点的铜、钴、镉、锰、锌配位聚合物的结构化学的研究。
(1)利用苯羟基乙酸作为配体,在水和无水乙醇混合溶剂中,加入Cu(II)盐,得到一种三维网状配位聚合物[Cu(C8H7O3)2]n(1)晶体。并且通过IR、TGA和X-射线单晶衍射对晶体结构和性质进行了表征和研究。红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射表明,配位聚合物(1)中没有水参与配位,中心离子为六配位的八面体构型,配体的三个配位原子O都参与了配位。配体的羧酸采用了反式双齿配位,由于配位键和丰富的氢键作用将它们组装成二维结构,又由于非极性基团的相互作用和C-H…π作用,组装成三维超分子结构。
(2)利用化学方法将间甲基苯酚和氯乙酸合成为间甲基苯氧乙酸。用间甲基苯氧乙酸作为配体,在水溶液中分别与Cu(II)、Co(II)、Cd(II)、Mn(II)和Zn(II)盐作用,组装成配位聚合物[Cu(C9H9O3)2(H2O)2](2)、聚合物[Co(C9H9O3)2(H2O)4](3)、聚合物[Cd(C9H9O3)2(H2O)2](4)、聚合物[Mn(C9H9O3)2(H2O)2](5)、聚合物(6)。并且通过IR、TGA、荧光光谱分析和X-射线单晶衍射对晶体结构和性质进行了表征和研究。研究发现,这些配合物的中心离子都采用了六配位,形成了八面体构型。配合物(2)和(3)中羧酸采用了单齿配位,配合物(4)中羧酸采用了螯合双齿配位,配合物(5)中羧酸采用了顺-反式桥连双齿配位的方式,总之配体的羧酸采用了不同形式的配位,配体的三个配位原子O没有全部参与配位。配合物(5)由于配位键和丰富的氢键作用组装成二维结构,配合物(2)、(3)、(4) 由于丰富的氢键作用和非极性基团的相互作用组装成二维结构,又由于非极性基团的相互作用和C-H…π作用,组装成三维超分子结构。
(3)通过对配合物(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)和(6)的热重分析,发现配合物(1)有较好的热稳定性,在200℃温度下还能稳定存在,而配合物(2)、(3)、(4)的热稳定性略差一些,其主体骨架在200℃下基本稳定。通过对配体和配合物(4)、(6)的对比研究发现,配合物(4)、(6)的荧光性能较好。
对苯羟基乙酸配体和间甲基苯氧乙酸配体与性质近似的过渡金属离子组装的六种配位聚合物的分析,揭示了它们在结构方面的联系,为对这类功能配合物的进一步探索奠定了基础。

Abstract

Special topological structure makes coordination polymers in the selective catalysis, molecular recognition, and many optical, electrical, magnetic materials and superconductors, materials, etc. show an attractive application prospect. Hydroxy benzene acetic acid and acetic acid have biological activity, such as anti-bacterial and other aspects, a wide range of applications. Therefore, we started hydroxy benzene acetic acid and acetic acid coordination unit for the nodes of copper, cobalt, cadmium, manganese, zinc coordination polymers of structural chemistry studies.
(1) the use of benzene-glycolic acid as a ligand in water and ethanol mixed solvent, by adding Cu (II) salts, to acquire a three-dimensional coordination polymer [Cu (C8H7O3) 2] n (1) crystals. And by IR, TGA and X-ray diffraction on the crystal structure and properties were characterized and studied. Infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction showed that coordination polymer (1) there is no water involved in coordination, the central ion is six-coordinated octahedral geometries, ligand 3 O atoms are involved in coordination. Carboxylic acid ligands using trans-bidentate ligand, since coordination bond and rich hydrogen bonding them to assemble into two-dimensional structure, but also because of non-polar group interactions and the role of CH ... π, assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
(2) the use of chemically-methyl phenol and chloroacetic acid to synthesize methyl-phenoxyacetic acid. With-methyl-phenoxyacetic acid as a ligand, in aqueous solution, respectively, with Cu (II), Co (II), Cd (II), Mn (II) and Zn (II) salt and the role of coordination polymer assembled into [Cu (C9H9O3) 2 (H2O) 2] (2), polymer [Co (C9H9O3) 2 (H2O) 4] (3), polymer [Cd (C9H9O3) 2 (H2O) 2] (4), aggregate complex [Mn (C9H9O3) 2 (H2O) 2] (5), polymer (6). And by IR, TGA, fluorescence spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction on the crystal structure and properties were characterized and studied. The study found that the central ion of these complexes have adopted the six-coordinated, forming octahedral geometry. Complex (2) and (3) carboxylic acids using monodentate ligand complexes (4), carboxylic acids using chelating bidentate ligand complexes (5), carboxylic acids using cis - trans - Bridged bidentate coordination of the way, in short, carboxylic acid ligands using different forms of coordination, with three body not all the O atoms participate in coordination. Complex (5) Since the coordination bond and extensive hydrogen bonding assembly into two-dimensional structure of complex (2), (3), (4) As the wealth of hydrogen bonding and non-polar group interactions assembly into a two-dimensional structure, but also because of non-polar group interactions and the role of CH ... π, assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
(3) through the complex (1), (2), (3), (4) and (6) thermal gravimetric analysis and found that the complex (1) has better thermal stability at 200 ℃ temperature can exist stably, while the complex (2), (3), (4), slightly worse thermal stability of some of its main skeleton basically stable at 200 ℃. Through the ligand and complexes (4), (6) comparative study found that complexes (4), (6) of the fluorescence better performance.
P-hydroxy-acid ligands and ligand-methyl-phenoxyacetic acid and the nature of the transition metal ions similar to the six coordination polymers assembled in the analysis, revealing their structural ties, in order to cope with this type of functionality objects laid the foundation for further exploration.

Abstract

Specific topological structure based on coordination polymers in the selective catalysis, molecular recognition, and many optical, electrical, magnetic materials and superconductors, materials, etc. shows an attractive application prospect. Hydroxy benzene acetic acid and acetic acid have biological activity, such as anti-bacterial and other aspects, leading to a wide range of applications.
