Project 3: Eucalyptus Germplasm Innovation and Industrialization Development
Core Responsibilities:
   - Led the development of a molecular fingerprint database for 50 eucalyptus varieties using Python+Django, MySQL, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript, enabling data interaction and front-end visualization.
   - Integrated and reanalyzed multi-omics data (RNA-seq, resequencing, T2T genome), developing functional modules for sequence alignment, data query, and bioinformatics analysis to support germplasm research.

Project 4: Genome-Wide Characterization and Gene Expression Analysis of PHR Transcription Factors in Eucalyptus
Core Responsibilities:
  - Assisted in project application and integrated abiotic stress transcriptome data of multiple eucalyptus species.
  - Conducted upstream data analysis and followed up on subsequent multi-omics research work.

   - Analysis Tools: Mastered Beast (temporal phylogenetic tree construction), scientific plotting software (Origin, GraphPad Prism, Cytoscape, Adobe Illustrator, TBtools), and downstream omics data analysis tools, SCI figure preparation software, and online analysis platforms.
