职位描述
杜兰大学医学院病理与检验医学系现招聘一名博士后研究员，从事与肝病和肝毒性相关的肝损伤
机制研究，特别关注胆汁淤积在酒精相关性肝病中的作用。研究项目主要利用小鼠模型和体外细
胞培养，探究炎性介质及细胞死亡通路在胆汁淤积性肝病中的功能和机制。
本实验室的研究重点是肝病和肝毒性背景下的肝损伤机制，包括对酒精相关性肝病（ALD）、环境
性肝毒性以及代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病（MASLD）的基础和转化研究。目前的主要研究方向
集中于胆汁淤积在酒精相关性肝病发病过程中的机制和作用，重点关注酒精性肝炎（AH）。此
外，实验室还对以下研究方向感兴趣：（1）细胞死亡通路和自噬在肝脏病理生理中的作用；（2）
肝脏微环境对肝病进展的影响；（3）蛋白质凝聚体在肝病中的形成及其生理功能；（4）环境暴露
（暴露组学）对肝病的影响。
计划招聘的博士后研究员将进行的课题项目主要集中在理解胆汁淤积在精相关性肝病中的作用。
具体方向包括研究酒精如何诱导胆道功能障碍，以及胆汁酸在酒精相关性肝病发病过程中的作
用。本课题受NIH资助，研究经费充足。
任职资格
应聘者须具备博士学位，并拥有分子生物学实验、细胞培养以及动物实验方面的经验。具备转录
组学和代谢组学数据分析经验者优先。

Role description

A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine to study the mechanisms underlying liver injury in liver diseases and hepatotoxicity, with a particular emphasis on the role of cholestasis in alcohol-associated liver disease. The research projects focus on the roles and mechanisms of inflammatory mediators and cell death pathways in cholestatic liver disease using mouse models and in vitro cell cultures.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must hold a phd. and possess experience in molecular biology assays, cell culture, and animal experiments. Experience with transcriptomic and metabolomic data analysis is highly desirable.
