被拒了，但是说可以修改后再投回去，还有希望吗？

稿子审了一个月，很快，给了三个人的意见，最后被拒了，郁闷啊！ I have gone through your submission and the Reviewers comments very carefully, and I have decided to formally reject the paper at this time. However, I would be willing to consider a revised version of the paper, providing that the paper is reworked along the lines suggested by the Reviewers. This would likely require additional work and modeling and it would be treated as a new submission, which would allow me to begin the review process fresh. I think a new version could be appropriate for publication in the Journal. Please mention the resubmission of a rejected manuscript JMS-092510 in your cover letter, along with an itemized list of where changes were introduced. 这是什么意思啊，是我修改了以后要再投回去吗，如果再投回去有希望吗？大家赶紧帮我看看吧，不胜感激啊！ |
