[交流] 美国圣路易斯大学--- 生物信息学博士生

圣路易斯大学（Saint Louis University）生物系生物信息学研究组博士研究生招生通知（PI：张大鹏副教授）

本课题组拟招收 1–2 名博士研究生，入学时间为 2026 年秋季，提供全额奖学金（包括学费+生活补助）。欢迎具有生物学、计算机科学、数学、统计、物理、医学等相关背景，并对科研探索具有兴趣和热情的同学申请。
研究方向包括但不限于：
1. 蛋白质和基因组的序列、结构与功能的系统分析及预测
2. 微生物毒素系统与宿主互作的发现与机制解析（包括最新的抗噬菌体系统 antiphage systems）
3. 微生物抗生素耐药机制的鉴定及其进化研究
4. 机器学习与深度学习在生物信息学问题中的建模与应用

课题组特点与优势：
• 与 Yale、Harvard、UCSD、Northwestern、WUSTL等多所名校实验室保持长期深入合作
• 发表论文方向机遇多

关于圣路易斯大学：学校属于天主教私立大学，us news 大学排名 #105 （national universities），位于圣路易斯市，学校坏境非常漂亮，学生构成也很好。
关于圣路易斯市：这里是美国第20大城市，生活很方便，有很大的中国社区，很多中国商店，饭店。同时这里工作机会也非常多，比如著名的拜耳公司（前孟山都（monsanto）就在这里。同时还有sigma，百威啤酒，很多药厂及生物技术公司。
至于治安，实际上这里和美国的其他城市一样，有好区和坏区：城市北面治安不好，但是学校周围，及大家居住的城市西面南面都是很安全，漂亮的区域。
