香港城市大学材料系招收博士生(快速申请通道)(PhD in CityU HK, MSE)

The City University of Hong Kong, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Atoms-to-Systems Lab has openings for PhD students for Fall 2026 entry. Our core expertise is in electronic materials synthesis and device fabrication for sensors and energy devices. We are currently looking for candidates to research in stimulus-responsive hydrogels and elastomers for ionic skin and energy harvesting applications. Further details are on our lab website (www.atomstosystems.com). As the position is for work in soft electronics, the applicant must have strong prior publications in one of the areas: 1. Flexible/stretchable materials and devices 2. Sensors 3. Related areas, e.g.: polymer, hydrogels, electrolytes, materials chemistry Please email to Dr. Derek Ho, Associate Professor, CityU Materials Science and Engineering (derekho@cityu.edu.hk). Please submit (i) CV in English, and (ii) PDFs of first author publications, and (iii) English test score. PhD applicants should ensure they meet the minimum university entrance academic and English test (mandatory, see website). As applications are considered immediately, it is advantageous to apply as soon as possible.
