IEEE TAES论文has been unsubmitted，需要改到什么程度对后续审稿有影响吗？ 已有2人参与

最近正在尝试投稿IEEE TAES，但是今天收到邮件，论文＂has been unsubmitted"，发件人是TAES Administrator。具体的信息是：Your submission shows significant reuse of material from a variety of sources as outlined in the atached Crossref reportAs per lEEE policy not only the source articles must be cited, but also the submission must "briefly indicate how the newsubmission offers substantive novel contributions beyond those of the previously published work(s)" [PSPB 8.2.1.8.9] withinyour introduction. Please ensure that this is implemented.Please make it clear in the introduction of your text what is the novel contribution of this paper beyond those sources. Wedo not request a rebuttal from you, so do not send us a rebuttal. instead we expect you to improve the paper itself(especially within the introduction) with the above guidance. As such, avoid verbatim copy-paste from a published text andtry paraphrasing, rewording or referencing to reduce the overlap where possible.Resubmission with failure to comply with the above editorial issues will result in direct rejection.
