如题投稿后主编给拒了但是说可以重写后再投，并列出了编辑的comments,麻烦大家看看，谢谢“Comments by the Editor: There seems to be misalignment between the manuscript content and the Abstract. In the Abstract, you refer to a foetal karyotype, but no investigation seems to have been carried out on foetal material. Your manuscript also presents a high word similarity to previously published work. Please consider rewriting your manuscript and resubmitting it as a short case report. No need to indicate 'literature review' in the title, as the information you have provided is to provide context and does not classify as a literature review.”
1.There seems to be misalignment between the manuscript content and the Abstract. In the Abstract, you refer to a foetal karyotype, but no investigation seems to have been carried out on foetal material. 这个我觉得是编辑没有仔细看内容，其实abstract和content是相符的。。。
2.Your manuscript also presents a high word similarity to previously published work. 这个是指文章和以前的发表的文章内容重复过高吗，以前在这个刊物发表过文章，这次的文章对象和内容以及结论和以前不同，只是部分研究方法比如细胞遗传分子遗传实验部分有相似的地方，是不是这部分需要重写？

No need to indicate 'literature review' in the title, as the information you have provided is to provide context and does not classify as a literature review本来想投在research 栏目，但是只有几例数据，怕不够所以加了review，但是文章里面没有专门列表review，所以编辑让我考虑rewrite和resubmit，并投在short case report。这种情况下我如果按照编辑的要求重写并重投，机会还有吗，这个杂志有个brief comunication栏目，重投我想投这个栏目，short case report在国内好多单位应该不算业绩吧？虽然老外投case report也不少，他们好像不是很在意。请大神指点迷津！
