癌症疫苗研发的新选择 已有1人参与

poly-ICLC在临床上多用于肽疫苗，DC疫苗和全细胞疫苗，主要用于多种癌症疫苗的开发，多个项目已进入2期临床。在癌症疫苗中添加poly-ICLC可增强疫苗诱导的抗肿瘤T细胞和NK细胞反应，从而有助于肿瘤消退或根除。 然而，poly-ICLC 除了具有触发强大免疫反应的功能外，还可能具有剂量依赖性全身发热和凝血异常等副作用。可喜的是，我国现在开发了安全高效的ε-poly-ICLC，为癌症疫苗的开发提供了新的选择。有意向的公司或实验室可私信 。 2025-10-19 |
