[交流] 论文被拒

投了一篇论文，审稿意见回来后编辑给拒稿了。意见如下：
You will see that, while the reviewers find your work of interest, they raise substantive concerns that cast doubt on the advance your findings represent over earlier work and the strength of the novel conclusions that can be drawn at this stage. Unfortunately, these reservations are sufficiently important to preclude publication of this study in XXX（该期刊）.

Although we cannot offer to publish your manuscript, you could consider XXX（转投期刊） as a suitable venue for this work. However, should you want to consider this option, we strongly believe you would need to significantly expand your work in terms of experiments, analyses, and methodological details and justification to address all the reviewer doubts and concerns. In the absence of these, the manuscript would be unlikely to be sent back to the reviewers at that journal. Nevertheless, if you believe you can do that and wish to transfer your manuscript, please use our manuscript transfer portal. You will not have to re-supply manuscript metadata and files, unless you wish to make modifications. For more information, please see our manuscript transfer FAQ page.

我是投稿人。想补充一下。看了审稿意见，四个审稿人，需要补少量试验和重大的文本修改，意见不算难回复。但是最后一个审稿人从创新性不足和文本书写不好的角度，措辞有些严厉，结论直接说This article should not be accepted in this journal.   如果想修改重投有没有机会。
