Dear XXXXXXX, I have now received the referees' reviews on your paper referenced above. I am afraid that the referees conclude that the paper is not suitable for publication in its present form. If you are able to correct the paper taking into account all of the points raised in the referees' report (below), I would be willing to arrange for the paper to be reviewed again. According to the journal guidelines revisions should be submitted within 30 days. If you choose to revise your manuscript it will be due into the Editorial Office by the Dec 09, 2009.
