Qualified applicants will receive a collective response and be invited for an interview. Introduction to the Advisor: Dr. Zhiyang Zhang, Ph.D., is a Research Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. In 2018, he earned his Ph.D. in Applied Analysis and Environmental Chemistry from Humboldt University of Berlin under the guidance of internationally renowned Raman spectroscopy expert Professor Janina Kneipp. He then conducted postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University (under Professor Ling Xing Yi, Executive Editor of ACS AMI). In 2020, he joined the Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2021, he was selected for the CAS "100 Talents" Program. His research focuses on nanomaterial-based environmental detection methods and in-situ analysis of environmental interfaces. He has extensive experience in nanosensing methods, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, microfluidic chips, and in-situ interface analysis. He has published over 50 SCI papers in journals such as Nature Communications, Nano Letters, ACS Catalysis, Small, Analytical Chemistry, and Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, which have been cited more than 3,000 times. He has been selected for the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Talent Program and the Shandong Province Taishan Scholars Young Expert Program. |
