亚利桑那州立大学招收博士（semiconductor processing方向）

open positions: 2 phd student positions, 2026 spring/Fall we are seeking 2 phd students at arizona state university (asu) in tempe, az. these positions focuse on plasma-material interplay in extreme conditions for semiconductor applications but are not limited to this field. candidates with a strong research background in plasma physics, instrumentation, processes, or other relevant fields are highly encouraged to apply.
