美国休斯顿大学(University of Houston) 电子与计算机工程系(ECE)全额奖学金招博士生 [Security/CS/CE/Data Science/EE background] two PhD positions at University of Houston (Spring’26/Fall’26) Two Ph.D. positions with full financial support is now available for Spring 2026/Fall 2026 in Dr. Changqing Luo’s group at University of Houston. Students will be admitted into Computer Engineering program at the ECE department, and co-advised by Dr. Changqing Luo at the Information Science Technology Department and Dr. Miao Pan/Dr. Zhu Han at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Houston (UH) located in Houston, Texas, US. P.S. Dr. Luo is also hiring a Postdoc. Applicants should have a Bachelor or Master (preferred) degree (or expect to receive the degree before enrolment at UH) in Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines. Applicants with strong hands-on experience and/or strong background on security/ AI/machine learning/optimization are particularly welcome to apply. Also, rich industrial work experience is a plus.
