上个月投的，中间Technical Check没有通过，修改后重新投出，没几天就被拒了，请大家帮忙分析一下，是否有必要重新投稿。谢谢大家 Dear Mr. Wang, Your paper has been rejected prior sending it to potential reviewers for the following reasons: I am not convinced that this manuscript is well suited for this journal in its current form.
