取两组相同质量的虾（50g），分别采用45 kV 的EHD（15摄氏度）和60摄氏度考箱进行干燥，直到它们的含水率都达到8%，用电表分别记录下它们所消耗的电能，然后进行比较。 Take two groups of shrimps with similar weight (50g) in each group. One group was subjected to EHD drying (with 45 kV) at 15 ℃, and the other was subjected to oven drying at 60 ℃, Electric power meter was used to measure the consumed power of EHD drying and oven drying respectively, when the moisture content of every group shrimp was 8 %, the energy consumption of EHD drying and oven drying were compared. |
