[交流] Full PhD scholarship opportunity at The University of Sydney, Australia

Eligibility
• Holding or close to completing an upper First Class Honours/Master\'s or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum overall undergraduate and/or postgraduate marks of 80 (scale of 100) or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• Academic background or track records in mechanical, biomedical, aerospace, manufacturing, civil, materials, structural engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience and research capability in computational mechanics, structural optimisation, numerical algorithms, solid/fluid mechanics, programming languages in MATLAB, Python, C++; as well as experience in Abaqus, Ansys, or Comsol etc.
• Applicants with a strong motivation to learn and self-driven research mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with scholarly publications are preferred.
• For international applicants, proof of English language proficiency is required:
1. A degree from an English-speaking country, or
2. IELTS: Overall≥6.5 (no band<6.0), or
3. TOEFL iBT: Overall≥85 (Reading, Listening, Speaking≥17, Writing≥19), or
4. Pearson Test of English (PTE): Overall≥64 (no band<60).

Scholarship Benefits
At least AUD 41,753 stipend per annum plus tuition waiver for up to 3.5 years.

Deadline
Open until filled. Consideration and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
