在温度偏低时，氧化锌颗粒的成核速率较高，但生长速率受到很大的影响，这样产生的颗粒数量增加，尺寸相对比较小。而在高温的作用下，布朗运动加剧，离子之间相互碰撞的几率增大，虽然成核速率有所加快，但是生长速率的增大幅度要更大，因此使得粒径增大而形成大颗粒。 滤纸的主要成份为纤维素，由图6滤纸的红外谱图可以看出其显示为典型的多聚糖特性，含有多种复杂的官能团，在吸收峰位置已经标注。而在300°C时制备的产物的红外谱图与空白滤纸相接近，但也出现了一些其他的产物官能团，如在波数为1583cm-1时出现了一个羟基（C=O）基团的重叠吸收峰，这是醋酸根里未完全分解的羟基，在波数位于438cm-1的锌氧键吸收峰也开始出现，但强度很弱，说明此温度下的ZnO含量极少，这一结果通过实验及热分析也证实了。 |

When temperature gets lower, the nucleating speed of ZnO particles becomes higher. But the growing speed is greatly affected and consequently, the amount of the synthesized particles increases with comparatively small particle size. Influenced by higher temperature, the Brown movement is accelerated and the probability of the ionic collision increases.
