我曾经为了这个定义头疼，偶然在网上找到了英文的原版和中文的简介，给大家分享一下。 The Kozak consensus sequence is gccgcc(A/G)ccAUGG, and is the sequence on an mRNA molecule recognized by the ribosome as the translational start site, from which point a protein is coded by that mRNA molecule. The ribosome requires this sequence, or a possible variation (see below) to initiate translation, or the production of protein.
