要求：意思不变，把语法稍微改一下就OK，谢谢 This figure shows that the expression of lipid metabolism associated genes which were clustered into groups based on their expression profiles during differentiation of porcine preadipocytes. The first gene cluster included diacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 2 (DGAT2) and adiponectin (APM1), which both showed highly induced expression levels throughout preadipocyte differentiation. These genes may be good markers of mature adipocytes since the variation in these genes were explained almost solely by the increase in expression during differentiation. The second cluster of genes included SCD, solute carrier family 2 (facilitated glucose transporter) member 4 (SLC2A4), ELOVL6, PPARG2, hormone-sensitive lipase (LIPE, also known as HSL), and lipoprotein lipase (LPL). The third cluster included ACSS2, fatty acid synthase (FASN), acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 (ACACA), sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1C (SREPB-1C), ACOX1 and SLC27A1. The genes in clusters 2 and 3 showed a general increase in expression during differentiation. However, the genes in cluster 3 were generally less upregulated than those in cluster 2 and showed a later induction in expression, i.e. between days 4 and 6 of culture. The fourth cluster of genes included CAT, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARA), OB, PPARG1, CPT2 and CPT1A. These genes were generally upregulated early in the differentiation process, i.e. Between days 3 and 4 of culture, where after their expression remained unchanged or were down regulated between days 6 and 10 of culture. The fifth and last cluster of genes included FADS2, elongation of very long-chain fatty acids 2 (ELOVL2), and fatty acid desaturase 1 (FADS1), which were found down regulated during differentiation. |
