投稿 Journal of Near Infrared Spectroscopy

有没有投过 Journal of Near Infrared Spectroscopy的虫友？ 它在投稿之前有这样一个要求： A signed Publishing Agreement has been sent to the Publisher or will be sent. At the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, the review process may start without a Publishing Agreement, but your paper will not normally start production without one. 不是很理解，是不是选择主编审稿就不用邮寄同意出版的签名，还是必须在投稿之前邮寄啊？现在都网上投稿了，感觉再邮寄个东西真麻烦。 |
