[交流] 中科院物理所单分子层精密器件课题组招收博士后、博士生

课题组介绍:
课题组PI Palma研究员获中科院百人、国家青年人才项目计划,现主持国自然面上、中科院前沿科学等项目。团队拥有模拟计算、纳米制备以及多台超高真空设备,主要从事单分子层器件的表征与物理机理研究。主要研究方向包括单分子层光刻工程; 电荷振动、激子-光子耦合构型的模拟和设计; 纳米制备和层层沉积的超分子异质结器件; 绝缘界面碳基结构的超高真空激光解吸电离时间飞行质谱、原子力显微术、PEEM/LEEM等。

职位需求:
博士生:欢迎对凝聚态物理、量子材料或器件物理有兴趣的博士生加入,同时欢迎相关专业的大四本科生进组开展毕业设计等工作。
博士后:具有物理/材料学/化学/计算机等相关专业博士学位;身体健康,对科研充满热情,具备独立科研能力,较强的组织、沟通、合作和协调能力,上进心和责任心,有良好的团队合作精神。技能要求:需具备一定的理论计算功底,具备超高真空设备搭建经历,掌握真空镀膜技术及低温扫描探针显微镜的操作等。

The group leader, Dr. Palma, was awarded the Hundred Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the thousand talents project. He is currently in charge of funding projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Frontier Science.
The team has simulation calculations, nano-preparation and ultrahigh vacuum equipment, and is mainly engaged in research on the physical mechanism of monolayer devices. The main research directions include monolayer lithography engineering; simulation and design of charge vibration and exciton-photon coupling configurations; nanopreparation and layer-by-layer deposition of supramolecular heterojunction devices; ultrahigh vacuum laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry of carbon-based structures at insulating interfaces, atomic force microscopy, PEEM/LEEM, etc. Home page of the research group: https://www.palmalab.org.

Job requirements:
PhD student: we are seeking for students interested in condensed matter physics, quantum materials, or device physics. We also welcome senior undergraduates in related majors to join the group.
Postdoctoral fellow: Have a doctoral degree in physics/material science/chemistry/computer and other related majors; be in good health, be passionate about scientific research, have independent scientific research capabilities, strong organizational, communication, cooperation, and coordination skills, self-motivation and sense of responsibility, and have team spirit. Skill requirements: theoretical calculation skills, experiences in building ultrahigh vacuum equipment, and vacuum evaporation technology and the operation of low-temperature scanning probe microscopes.
