香港教育大学（The Education University of Hong Kong）徐贯东讲座教授团队（人本智能实验室）现招聘招收2026年春季入学的博士研究生、博士后研究员（全职）和研究助理（全职），参与LLM智能体、多模态大模型、图学习及推荐系统、行为和社会计算等数据科学与人工智能相关领域的研究。欢迎有计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能或者相关学科背景的申请者通过电邮联系申请。申请者应具备扎实的编程开发能力。 博士后研究员申请者应具有数据科学、计算机科学、人工智能或相关学科的博士学位。研究助理申请者应具有上述领域硕士学位，或具备相关研究成果的优秀本科毕业生。 徐贯东教授现担任香港教育大学人工智能讲座教授、数据科学与人工智能中心（UDSAI）主任及教学科技中心（LTTC）主任。其研究领域涵盖生成式人工智能、人工智能在教育的应用、社会计算、图学习、推荐系统等。近年来，徐教授在KDD、SIGIR、WebConf、ICML、NeurIPS、CVPR, IJCAI、AAAI、TKDE、TOIS、TNNLS等大数据分析及人工智能领域顶会顶刊发表学术论文超350+篇，他目前担任Springer Nature下的Human-centric Intelligent Systems期刊 主编和World Wide Web 期刊和 IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topic of Computational Intelligence 副主编。 香港教育大学是香港大学资助委员会（UGC）下属的八所公立大学之一，专注于教师培养、教育政策、数字人文、STEAM教育和交叉创新，近年来探索突破已有教育学和社会科学领域，将AI与大数据引入社会科学、人文科学及学术创新等多元学术及研究课程，推动学与教的发展。香港教育大学着力培育敏于思考、注重将技术创新与社会发展推动结合、关怀社会及放眼世界的教育工作者，技术实践者及社会领袖，使之能够服务社区，推动变革。在2025年QS世界大学排名中，香港教育大学的教育学科位列全球第12位，亚洲第4位，香港第2位。 人本智能实验室具有由讲座教授、副教授、助理教授、博士后组成的学术梯队，承担UGC和大学的各类研究项目，并与人工智能、数据分析、智能教育等领域国际顶尖学术研究团队保持密切合作关系。团队研究经费充足，支持博士研究生、博士后、研究助理参加各类学术会议。 意向申请者可将个人简历（CV）及成绩单通过电子邮件发送至gdxu@eduhk.hk，并注明申请职位。 Human-centric AI Lab led by Chair Professor Guandong Xu at the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is recruiting PhD students (2026 spring intake), Postdoctoral Fellow (full-time), and Research Assistants (full-time) whose research interest includes, but not limited to, Agentic AI, Multi-modal LLMs, Graph Learning, Recommender Systems, and Behavior and Social Computing. Applicants with a background in computer science, data science, AI or related disciplines are welcome to apply via email. Applicants should have solid programming skills. Postdoctoral fellow applicants should hold a PhD degree in computer science, data science, AI, or a related discipline. Research Assistant applicants should hold a master's degree in the relevant fields listed above or a bachelor's degree with proven research experience in relevant fields. Professor Guandong Xu currently serves as Chair Professor of Artificial Intelligence, Director of the University Research Facility of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (UDSAI), and Director of the Teaching, Learning & Technology Center (LTTC) at the Education University of Hong Kong. His research fields cover artificial intelligence in education and applications, social computing, graph learning, recommender systems, etc. In recent years, Professor Xu has published more than 220 academic papers in top conferences and journals in the field of data science and artificial intelligence, such as KDD, SIGIR, WebConf, NeurIPS, CVPR, IJCAI, AAAI, TKDE, TOIS, and TNNLS, etc. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of Human-centric Intelligent Systems Journal and Assistant Editor-in-Chief of World Wide Web Journal (Springer). The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is one of the eight public universities in Hong Kong. It is committed to promoting the development of learning and teaching by providing teacher training education, as well as diversified academic and research courses in artificial intelligence, social sciences, and humanities.
