陈汉辉 (Prof. Hon Fai Chan) 副教授，博士生导师, 美国杜克大学获得博士学位，之后分别于纽约哥伦比亚大学(Columbia University)及麻省理工学院（MIT）担任博士后研究员，2017年获聘出任香港中文大学组织工程与再生医学研究所及生物医学学院助理教授，已在国际著名期刊（PNAS、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Advanced Science, Biomaterials、Small等）上发表SCI文章60余篇，其中于2013年发表在Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews和2015年发表在Advanced Materials的文章被ESI 收录为1%高被引论文。陈教授现作为项目主要负责人承担香港研究資助局项目、國家自然科學基金委員會及研究資助局聯合科研資助基金和医疗卫生研究基金，以任务负责人参与两项国家重点研发计划项目，其研究成果曾在国际会议上(第九届世界华人生物医学工程年会)获奖。

陈汉辉课题组主要研究方向: 研发应用在组织工程与组织再生上的创新材料与技術, 重点研究干細胞工程与修复, 包括:
1.       构建可控的3d干细胞培养环境，探索类器官培养等技术
2.       开发生物材料, 应用于再生医学和构建工程化组织
3.       器官芯片
