仲恺农业工程学院马克思主义学院蔡立彬院长团队面向全球诚聘1~2名海外博士后（4月27日截止申请），并长期招收普通博士后1~2名。普通博士后提供约25万人民币每年、为期2年的合同，优秀者薪资面议（4月27日截止）。

研究方向：
（1）粤港澳大湾区爱国主义教育创新研究；
（2）以人工智能推动产学研深度融合研究；
（3）科技小院赋能乡村振兴研究。

基本要求：
（1）具备独立研究能力；
（2）已获得或即将法学、哲学、教育学、管理学等博士学位；
（3）能够全职在仲恺农业工程学院-马克思主义学院进行为其两年博士后科研工作；

背景介绍：
仲恺农业工程学院是一所具有98年办学历史的广东省属本科高等院校。学校坐落在美丽宜居的“花城”广州市，有海珠、白云两个校区，校园总面积1765亩，海珠校区位于美丽的珠江岸边，白云校区位于风景旖旎的帽峰山北麓。学校于2006年获硕士学位授予权，现有10个一级学科硕士学位点、8个专业硕士类别，3个省部级重点实验室、2个国家级一流本科专业，1个博士后科研工作站，是广东省博士学位授予立项建设单位，学校现有全日制本科生、研究生约25000人。
因团队发展需要，面向海内外招聘博士后。普通博士进入博士后工作站，相关待遇如下：

（1）根据2017年12月5日中共广东省委组织部等十三个单位联合下发了《关于加快新时代博士和博士后人才创新发展的若干意见》（粤组通[2017]46号）文件规定：每人每年15万元生活补贴，资助期限一般为2年。

（2）学校给予相关配套待遇如下：2年培养期内学校每年分别给予10万元生活补贴，学校按规定购买社保、计算工龄、教学与科研按劳取酬。

About Us:
Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering (ZHKU) is a provincial university with a strong focus on agriculture and engineering, alongside the coordinated development of various disciplines including agriculture, engineering, science, economics, management, arts, fine arts, and law. Situated in the historic and culturally rich city of Guangzhou,the university boasts two campuses in Baiyun and Haizhu Districts, covering a total area of 117.53hm^2. With its picturesque setting and scholarly atmosphere, the university provides an ideal environment for study and research.

Originally known as Zhongkai Agricultural and Industrial School, the university was founded in 1927 during the first cooperation between the Kuomintang (KMT) and the Communist Party of China (CPC). It was established by the KMT central government to honor Mr. Liao Zhongkai’s wish to promote agriculture and industry, as proposed by modern democratic revolutionaries like Ms. He Xiangning. Ms. He Xiangning served as the school's first president for 15 years. In 1984, approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, the school was upgraded to an undergraduate education institution and named Zhongkai university of Agriculture and Technology. The university’s name was written in calligraphy by Wang Zhen, then Vice President of China. In March 2008, following approval by the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering. The university was granted the authority to confer master’s degrees in2006 and approved to develop doctoral programs in 2021.
