For normally distributed datasets with homogeneity of variance, group comparisons were performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's post-hoc test. Non-normal distributions were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test with Dunn's post-hoc correction. Statistical significance was defined as *p* < 0.05.
