【求助】请问编辑这段话什么意思

If your article cites funding under a grant from the NIH, the Wellcome Trust, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, or any of the six agencies of the Research Councils UK, the final version of your article will be deposited in PubMed Central on your behalf. The funding footnote citing support from these agencies must include a grant number in order for the article to be deposited.
