【求助】请问编辑这段话什么意思

If your article cites funding under a grant from the NIH, the Wellcome Trust, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, or any of the six agencies of the Research Councils UK, the final version of your article will be deposited in PubMed Central on your behalf. The funding footnote citing support from these agencies must include a grant number in order for the article to be deposited. Articles authored by NIH employees will also be deposited in PubMed Central. 这段话什么意思，是不是说，如果我没有以上基金支持，就不会存放到PubMed Central？ 我没有以上基金支持，该怎么给编辑回复啊 |
