导师简介：
韩毛振（电话/微信：15375299680），男，硕士研究生导师，安徽医科大学生命科学学院副教授，主要研究方向生物信息学和生物大数据挖掘以及微生物组学研究中的方法开发，近5年发表SCI论文30余篇。重点研究是环境和健康领域的生物大数据处理。具体包括高通量测序数据的生物信息数据分析处理、微生物群落中的水平基因转移识别、微生物群落病毒与噬菌体的识别、蛋白质同源建模和分子对接和比较基因组学等方面。
