YANG FAN is a special international assignment program of Air Liquide for Chinese Fresh Graduates with Master Degree in the top tier universities world wide. Opportunities exist in Business Development, Operations, Project, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Finance and other specialized areas.

YANG FAN prepares the best new talent for accelerated advancement into management or technical positions. With an initial around twelve months in China and twelve ~ twenty-four months oversea, the candidates are challenged to quickly adapt to a different culture, learn the business and generate results. At the end of assignment, the candidates will be ideally positioned to pursue new opportunities within Air Liquide in China.
