[交流] 文章接收后，请大家指导一下！

各位大师好！本人是一个小硕，第一次投elsevier,文章接收后有很多事情，想请教大家一下：
（1）“Expected dispatch of proofs: 12 Nov 2009 ”这句是什么意思？同时一封邮件又说“You will receive information about your proofs by e-mail. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate requests to change the dispatch date of the proofs.”为什么“the dispatch date of the proofs”是不能变得呢？
（2）一封邮件要求什么copyright和offprints order都弄好了，在track accepted article 的状态如下：
"Received at Editorial Office: 31 May 2009

Article revised: 22 Oct 2009

Article accepted for publication: 23 Oct 2009

Received at Elsevier: 27 Oct 2009

Journal publishing agreement sent to author:  28 Oct 2009
