本人最近收到一封来自编辑的邮件，让重新提交论文。想请问一下，重新提交论文需要OA吗，之前没点OA，这个期刊是否OA与录用关系大吗？邮件内容如下，We have received your manuscript for consideration for publication. Prior to sending it out for independent review, we examine all manuscripts for presentation quality. This preliminary examination finds that the format of this manuscript does not meet the standards of Acta Materialia. The following issues marked with an (X) need to be improved before we can continue the review process for your paper: (X) The text should be in single-column format; please revise the layout of your manuscript to meet the format requirements of the journal. We welcome you to make the above amendments to your manuscript and submit your revision.
